01 · What you will actually understand

Three things nobody tells you.

The Boss Myth

The person above you is not automatically further along on this. Most leadership is learning it at the same time you are, which is exactly why the person who moves first gets noticed.

The Tool Trap

Picking a tool before fixing the system is why most people quit. The tool was never the problem. The setup around it was.

The Ownership Shift

There is a difference between using AI when someone asks you to, and owning the thing that does the work. Only one of those changes your career.

02 · What you walk away with

Seven things, in ninety minutes.

Not theory about AI. One task removed from your week, and the system that removed it.

01
The Worst-Hour AuditFind the hour in your week you would pay someone else to do. That hour is the target for everything that follows.
02
The Setup That Fixes The SlopWhy your output reads like a robot wrote it, and the structure that fixes it in one pass.
03
The Bad Words ListTwelve words to ban outright. Remove them and the writing stops sounding generated.
04
The Knowledge BlockBrief it once on how you and your work actually operate, and stop re-explaining yourself every session.
05
The Live KillWe take one real task, live, and remove it from your week while you watch.
06
Scheduled AI TasksWork that runs while you sleep, and is finished before you open your laptop.
07
Who Owns The AgentThe part nobody says out loud: what it means for your role when the agent has an owner.

13 yrswatching careers move

Ryan is not a guru and does not present as one. He has spent thirteen years watching what actually moves careers, and the last stretch of it deep inside the tools rather than talking about them. That is the whole reason this workshop is ninety minutes of building rather than ninety minutes of opinion.

05 · Before you register

The honest answers.

I have tried ChatGPT and got garbage back. Why would this be different?
Because that is a setup problem, not a tool problem. Most people type a question into a blank box and judge the answer. In the workshop you build the structure around it, the role it plays, the context it holds, and a way to grade its own output before you ever see it. Same tool, completely different result.
I am not technical. Will I be lost?
If you can use email, you can do this. Nothing in the ninety minutes requires code, installs, or a background in tech. The people who get the most out of it are usually the ones who assumed it was not for them.
My job is really specific. This will not work for me, will it?
Almost every job is made of the same five things underneath: writing, reading, summarising, organising, and deciding. Your subject matter is specific. The shape of the work rarely is, and that is what we operate on.
Is it really free? What is the catch?
No credit card, no trial, no auto-billing. It is genuinely free to attend. In the last ten minutes there is an optional $1 trial of the AI Career OS for anyone who wants to keep going. Ignore it and you still leave with everything from the first eighty minutes.
Will there be a replay?
A replay goes out for 48 hours, to people who attended live. The session is built to be worked through with you in it, so we would rather you were there than watching it later.
Is this ninety minutes of being pitched?
Eighty minutes of teaching, ten minutes of an honest conversation about what else exists. If you have sat through a "workshop" that was a sales presentation wearing a costume, this is not that.

You don’t know what you don’t know yet.

In ninety minutes, you will. One task gone. A system you keep.
