This page says what Career Path Partners collects when you use Career OS, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written for people in the United States. The plan rules are on the Terms page.

Data we collect

We collect the data you give us and the data the product needs in order to run.

• Account. Your name, email, and the login that shows the account is yours.
• Resume. The resume and other files you upload.
• Career data. Skills, job targets, applications, notes, and what you type to the AI mentors.
• Plan data. That you bought Career OS. Whop holds the payment record.
• Use data. Pages you open, and basic device or browser data, when analytics or a pixel is on.

The product also saves notes it creates from your career data, such as a skill gap or a match. Those notes are part of your career data.

How we use it

We use this data to run Career OS, show matches, tune an application to one job, answer the AI mentors, help you if you write to support, and keep the service safe.

We do not use your resume or career data to sell you to employers.

Payments

Whop is the payment processor. You pay Whop at checkout. We never see your full card number. We never store it. Whop has its own privacy rules at Whop.

We do not sell personal data

We do not sell your personal data. We do not sell your account, your resume, or your career data. We do not share personal data for cross-context ads today.

Cookies and the Meta pixel

The site may store cookies. A cookie is a small text file your browser keeps. Some cookies are needed so the page can load and remember a basic setting.

A Meta pixel is planned. It is not on this site yet. When we turn it on, Meta may set a cookie and receive the page you viewed and a device identifier, so we can see if an ad led to a visit or a signup. That can count as a "share" under California law.

You can block cookies in your browser. You can limit ads in your Meta settings. You can also email us and ask to opt out.

California rights

If you live in California, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we have about you.
• Correct it.
• Delete it.
• Stop selling or sharing it. We do not sell it. The planned Meta pixel is the only share we expect to add.

You will not be charged for a request. We will not treat you worse for asking. You can ask yourself, or you can send someone you authorize. Email support@careerpathpartners.io with the words California privacy request. We may need to confirm it is you before we act.

If your state gives you similar rights, email the same address and we will help.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, resume, and career data while your account is open. We also keep what we need for taxes, disputes, or the law. You can email us to ask for deletion.

Who helps us

Whop processes payments. A hosting company stores the site and the data you save in Career OS. They may only use that data to do the work we ask them to do.

Children

Career OS is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a minor gave us data, email us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable care to protect your data. No website can promise that data will never be lost or seen by the wrong person.

Changes

We may update this page. The date at the top will change.
