The short version
- Full Access is $1 for 14 days, then $50 a month until you cancel. Cancel any time in Plan & Billing and you will not be charged again.
- Your mentors are AI. They can be wrong. They are not a lawyer, a doctor or a financial adviser.
- We help you get ready and get seen. We cannot promise you a job, an interview or a salary. Employers decide.
- Nothing on this site ever sends an application, an email or a message for you without you pressing the button.
- Your data is yours. See the Privacy Policy for what we keep and how to delete it.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 to use the site.
- Give us true information and keep it up to date. One person, one account.
- Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@careerpathpartners.io if you think someone else is using it.
Plans, the $1 trial and cancelling
The job board, the assessment and your Peer Navigator are free. Full Access unlocks everything else.
How Full Access billing works- You pay $1 today for 14 days of Full Access.
- On day 15, your subscription renews automatically at $50 a month, charged to the card you used, every month until you cancel.
- To avoid the monthly charge, cancel before your trial ends. We send a reminder before it does.
- You can cancel online at any time: go to Plan & Billing on your dashboard. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and you keep access until then.
- Payments are processed by Whop. Their terms also apply to the payment itself. We never see or store your card number.
- When you go to cancel, we may offer you a lower-priced plan (Essentials, $20 a month). Taking it is your choice. Saying no cancels as normal.
- Monthly fees already paid are not refunded for a partly used month, except where the law requires a refund. If you think you were charged by mistake, email us within 30 days and we will make it right.
- If we change a price, we will tell you at least 30 days before your next charge, and you can cancel before it applies.
- If you downgrade or cancel, nothing you made is deleted. Saved jobs, Apply Kits and your record stay in your account.
Your AI mentors
- The Peer Navigator, Strategist, Subject Matter Expert and Advocate are AI mentors built on models from Anthropic. They can make mistakes, miss context or be out of date. Check anything important before you rely on it.
- They give career guidance. They do not give legal, medical, tax, immigration or financial advice.
- When a mentor searches the web, it shows its sources. We do not control those websites.
- Mentors can do small things in your own account when you ask (save a job, track an application, note an action). Anything bigger, or anything that reaches another person, is shown to you as a button you choose to press.
- The Advocate never contacts anyone by itself. A real person on our team reviews every introduction request and can decline it. An introduction is a favor, not a promise of a reply, an interview or a job.
- You can rename your mentors and tell them how you like to work. Those preferences shape tone and format. They do not override these terms or the mentors' safety rules.
Job listings and outcomes
- Most listings come from employers and job sites we do not control. We work to keep them current and real, but we cannot promise that a listing is accurate, still open or free of mistakes. Apply on the employer's own site and never pay anyone to apply for a job.
- Match scores, readiness scores and salary figures are estimates to help you decide. They are not promises.
- We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or income. Employers make every hiring decision, and results depend on your effort, your background and the market.
Text messages
Program: Career Path Partners texts. If you give us your mobile number and check the box to agree, Career Path Partners (including Ava and our team) may text you about your application, calls and classes you booked, your career plan, check-ins and alerts you switched on, and, only if you agreed to it separately, information and offers about our training programs.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out. We will send one message confirming you are opted out and then stop.
- Reply HELP for help, or email support@careerpathpartners.io.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything. We only text numbers that have been confirmed by the person who owns them.
- How we handle your number is in the Privacy Policy. We never share your number or your consent with third parties for their marketing.
Connected accounts
You can choose to connect Google Calendar (read only), forward job emails to a private address, or upload your LinkedIn data export. You can disconnect or delete each one at any time from your mentors page. What we keep from each, and why, is in the Privacy Policy. Your use of Google, LinkedIn and your email provider is also covered by their own terms.
Your content
- What you put in (your résumé, answers, messages to your mentors, files you upload) stays yours.
- You give us permission to store and use it only to run the site for you: to match you to jobs, power your mentors, keep your record and build what you ask for. We do not sell it.
- Only upload things you have the right to share. Do not upload other people's private information beyond what your own LinkedIn export contains.
Fair use
Please do not:
- break the law, or use the site to harass, deceive or spam anyone, including employers and our team;
- try to get into accounts, data or systems that are not yours, or test our security without written permission;
- scrape the site, resell access, or share your account;
- try to make the mentors produce harmful content or get around their rules;
- use the site to build a competing product.
We may limit use that puts the service or other people at risk, for example daily message limits on the mentors.
Our content
The site, its design, courses, videos, reports and the Career Path Partners name and logo belong to us or the people who license them to us. You may use them for your own career, not copy or resell them. Certification names belong to their owners.
Training programs
Our paid training programs (for example the cybersecurity, AI and CISO programs) are sold under a separate enrollment agreement. That agreement, including any Job Readiness Guarantee and its conditions, controls those programs. If it and these terms disagree about a program, the enrollment agreement wins.
Ending your account
- You can stop using the site at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@careerpathpartners.io.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why first and give you a chance to fix it.
The legal part
- As is. We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
- Limits. To the fullest extent the law allows, Career Path Partners is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost wages or lost opportunities), and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the site in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if that is more.
- Your rights. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
- Disputes. If something goes wrong, email us first; most problems are solved that way. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes go to the state or federal courts there, unless the law where you live gives you a different right.
- Changes. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell you on your dashboard or by email before the change applies. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new terms.
- If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term right away does not mean we give it up.
